What’s up everyone.
I cruised over to San Onofre this morning for a quick surf sesh.
I got their to find out that it was blown out with onshore winds.
The people next to us had a blackball flag for some reason,
but it was a good indicator of how windy it was so I snapped a pic of it.
Since surfing didn’t seem like a good idea, we decided to have a little pit fire.
We had some papers that we had to get rid of.
Who needs a paper shredder when you can just burn it.

今朝のサンオノフレ
仕事前のセッションにワクワクしてサンオノフレへ。
着いてみたら風が強くてがっかり。
となりに駐車した人たちが何故かブラックボールの旗を立ててました。
風の強さを表現するのにちょうどいいと思いパシャリ。
サーフィンはダメそうだったので、
替わりにたき火をする事に。
ちょうど処分する書類があったのでそれを燃すことに。
Naki was excited like a little kid about the fire.
We thought paper would burn quickly,
but it actually takes a while when you have a lot.
We needed something to stir the paper while it was burning,
so Naki went looking for a piece of wood we could use.

炎に興奮し、こどものように嬉しそうなボスでした。
紙は一瞬で燃えると思いきや、
量が多かったため中々全部燃えない。
紙をかき混ぜるために木の棒を探す冒険にボスは旅立った。
He couldn’t find anything so we ended up using a handicap parking sign that was lying around.
We were lucky that a park ranger didn’t show up because at a glance,
it looked like Naki was sticking a parking sign in the fire to burn it.
We finished burning the paper, and the wind died down.
Naki decided to have a quick surf sesh, and I headed to U50.

結局何も見つからず、そばに倒れていた駐車サインを使用。
端から見たら標識を燃やそうとする連中に見えたでしょう。（笑）
紙を全て燃やし終わると風が少し和らいでた。
ボスは少しサーフすることに、僕はU50に向かいました。
I got to U50 and noticed the place was unusually warm.
Someone left the heater on!!!
The t-shirt was fried to a crisp.
We were lucky the place didn’t catch on fire.

U50に着くと中が妙に暑い。
なんと、ヒーターがつけっぱなしに！！！
ブライアンの力作のT-シャツがカリッカリに・・・
火事にならなくて良かったです。
（ちなみに犯人はトロイでした）

出かける際は必ず火の元の確認をしましょう
